METALLIC CHERRY BLOSSOMS INC (INC. for inclusive),
by Celia Karina San Felipe.

2026, JUNE : Created in Washington, D.C.,
The CHERRY BLOSSOMS are dressed in metallic structures because they go into CLIMATE ACTION in defense of our planet.
METALLIC CHERRY BLOSSOMS INC, they have ceased to be fragile, because they have a METALLIC ENDOSKE
In this work, the metallic structure is blooming after spring, blooming from a layer of organic tissue of the cherry blossom flowers.
What the Artist Celia San Felipe does with recyclables, using food cans, is a work of climate - environmental action that seeks to reuse waste in new productions. Whether in decoration or in other utilities.
June 2025; exhibition June 2026.The metallic cherry blossoms INC (INC for inclusive) are a variant of the things we can do with canned foods. We can do much more... (office elements, kitchen elements, other forms of decoration and other forms of reuse), this work, although it is in an interior, can have the functionality of being exhibited on the exterior of a patio, garden, etc.

2026, SPRING in DC.
The Concept: Socio-ecosystem and Artivism We understand our environment as a socio-ecosystem: a system where the health of society and nature are inseparable. Through professional photography, we practice artivism, using aesthetics to visualize the need for financial independence that sustains conservation and community well-being.
Our project explores spring not merely as a seasonal change, but as a structure of interdependence. This new body of work captures nature through the openings of our own space; it is a look "from within" that documents how the external environment shapes our internal reality.
